  • Partners must provide accurate business and contact information.
  • Tilesview reserves the right to approve or decline applications.

2. Partnership Models

Tilesview offers three partnership models based on the partner's role.

  • Referral Partner: Earn 15–18% commission on eligible referrals.
  • Reseller / White-label Partner: Access 25–30% reseller margins under agreed terms.
  • Strategic Partner: Receive customized commercial terms and additional benefits.
  • All rates, rights and benefits must be confirmed in writing before the partnership begins.

3. Partner Responsibilities & Sales Process

Partners identify prospects, conduct initial discovery calls and hand over qualified leads to Tilesview.

  • Referral Partners: Submit leads through an approved channel. Tilesview handles demos, proposals, negotiations, onboarding and closing.
  • Reseller (White-label) / Strategic Partners: Follow their separately agreed sales and delivery responsibilities.
  • All partners must represent Tilesview accurately and must not make unauthorized commitments on its behalf.

4. Commissions & Payments

Commissions and reseller margins follow the partner's approved commercial agreement.

  • Referral commissions are calculated on eligible subscription payments actually received by Tilesview.
  • Commission period: Partners earn commission only on subscription payments actually received by Tilesview during the first eight (8) months of the customer's subscription. No commission is payable for cancelled subscriptions or payments not received by Tilesview.
  • Commission rates, payment schedules and eligibility requirements will be specified in the partner agreement.
  • Reseller pricing, margins and billing responsibilities must be agreed upon in writing.
  • Partners are responsible for their applicable taxes and statutory obligations.

5. Branding, Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Partners may use approved Tilesview marketing materials only for authorized activities. Both parties must protect confidential information and respect intellectual property rights.

  • Tilesview retains ownership of its software, trademarks and intellectual property.
  • Partners must not misuse Tilesview's branding or make misleading product claims.
  • Customer data must be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

6. Termination & Program Changes

Either party may end the partnership under the applicable agreement. Tilesview may suspend or terminate participation for fraud, material breaches or legal violations.

  • Program changes will be communicated to partners.
  • Outstanding commissions and post-termination payments will follow the partner agreement.
  • Partners must stop using Tilesview's branding and confidential materials when their authorization ends.

7. Independent Relationship

The program does not create an employment, agency, joint venture or legal partnership relationship between Tilesview and its partners. Partners operate independently and cannot make commitments on behalf of Tilesview without written authorization.
